About UMambo

UMambo was born when a few salsa friends decided to join in together to create events that could satisfy the dancers within them, thus creating events about their passion; “Salsa dancing”.

Dancing SALSA, MAMBO, BACHATA, CHA CHA CHA etc, are the central elements of this friendship. They have been dancing salsa for over 40 yrs in different salsa scenes and experience is one thing they have when it comes to salsa dancing and events. They also know what a dancer wants and deserves because first of all they are dancers and as UMambo slogan says… Its all about “U”! (the dancer)

This group of friends has grown in their friendship; (which goes back to about 11 yrs), while they were hanging out and talking one day, they realized that they could compliment each other and start a venture combining their talents of event planning, marketing, public relations, their social network, web development, organizational skills. UMambo Events was born as a fresh compliment and alternative to the established salsa scene in South Florida.
